With custom rhinestone decorated apparel, the process starts with an awesome design! Our team of professional designers starts off by making you a one-of-a-kind, custom design. In many cases, our professionals will have you approve the initial version before they digitize the artwork. When digitizing the design for rhinestones, our design team maps out where each and every rhinestone will go, and notes the specific size and color of rhinestone. This process can take a long time. It’s like putting together a very intricate puzzle. There are some restrictions caused by the rhinestone hopper, which is the piece of equipment that places the stones. These restrictions include how many of each rhinestone size can be accommodated, and what the spacing needs to be between each stone in order to position and press each stone correctly. It's a good thing our artists are experts at rhinestones!

Review and approve your newly created artwork

Next, after our artists have everything mapped out, it is up to the customer to take a look and approve the design, or request any changes they would like. We want everything to be absolutely perfect, so this step is crucial! After the customer has approved the final proof, it's on to production. The garments are checked in by our inventory department, after being ordered by our purchasing department. In the meantime, our rhinestone department will being to make the rhinestone transfers, which is a mirror image of the rhinestone design, so it will look correct when it is applied to the garments. The rhinestone technicians will load the proper rhinestone sizes and colors into the correct spots for the rhinestone hopper to pickup and layout to make the transfer. This automated placement allows for consistent results and proper spacing for orders of every size. Then, we are ready to get rolling - err, pressing! The shirts or are loaded on to a professional grade heat press by our rhinestone technicians. They ensure that each item is position straight, and correctly for the placement specified in the online proof. Then, the rhinestone design, which is now a transfer, is heat pressed on the shirt. We aren't talking about an iron-on transfer like you can do at home. This professional grade heat press applies the rhinestones superbly well, so you will have fantastic rhinestone apparel for years to come.

Quick Turnaround and Delivery to your Door

After your items are pressed, it is on to our quality control department. Our quality control department reviews each and every item to make sure they look perfect! Our QC technicians will review the shirt or garment, the design, and the rhinestones and placement to make sure everything matches up to the online proof you approved, and also counts the order one more time. Once quality control has approved the order, it makes its way to our shipping department. Our shipping department will package and label the box for shipping, or for pickup at our Des Moines showroom - whichever option you chose. And soon enough, you will have some new, fantastic, rhinestone apparel!
