High Density Printing

One of our most popular options for texture screen printing is high density. High density has a raised up look and feel, and you can even choose how raised you would like it to be, by selecting the number of microns. Options include 200, 400, 600, 800 or 1000 microns. We recommend going with at least 400 microns to see a noticeable difference over traditional screen printing. High density works great for designs that include faux stitching or applique letters, giving the same look, but at a much lower cost!

Cork Printing

Another fun texture screen printing option is cork ink. Cork has a funky texture that is kind of like, well, cork! Cork ink would be a super fun option for a winery design, or perhaps a girls night out shirt with some wine bottles or corks included. Cork has a fun texture, and isn't super thick or bulky feeling, so it works well on all shirt types.
