How much does it cost for Broken Arrow to design artwork for my printing order?

Free!! We offer free custom standard artwork with all screen printing and embroidery orders. Check out our Free Custom Artwork Page to learn more about our graphic design services.

What happens when I upload my art?

When you upload your art, it is sent to us to view! We take a look at it and email you back within 24 hours with questions or comments. If you have questions, you can include those in the comments section before uploading your artwork.

How long does it take to get my design back?

Your custom design will be ready to review in just 24 hours! Please keep in mind we are not open on the weekends, so if you order on Friday, your design will be ready the following business day. Sometimes things take a little bit longer than planned, so please bear with us as your design may be more complex or require a little bit additional attention. We never rush just to meet the 24 hour deadline.

How does the proofing process work?

Great question! It is just as important to us as it is to you that your design is exactly as you want it. Once you place your order, our design team will create a proof for you. From there, you can make changes or submit your approval - all from the comfort of your own living room, office, or mobile device. Be sure to check all of the details on your approval including ink colors, design size and spellings because we will print exactly what is approved - we guarantee it! The proofing process is a simple process that is essential to your custom screen printed shirts!

How do I upload or send my artwork to Broken Arrow?

Sending your artwork to us is easy! Go to our Artwork Upload page Once you upload your artwork, one of our customer service representatives will contact you right away to answer any of your questions and help you with your custom printing order.

What types of files do you accept?

We accept all file types! Our favorites are PSD and Vector files, but you can send us whatever you have. The better the file, the easier it will be for our artwork team to see what you want for your screen printing or embroidery order. Can I get a photograph printed on my t-shirt?

Yes! Digital printing (aka direct to garment printing) allows for high detail, high quality t-shirt printing. We can print your photograph with almost exact replication. The best part is that its not a heavy, bulky transfer like they used to do way back when. We use water base inks to give you the softest feel possible. See more on our digital printing services.

I already have a logo or idea, I just need help! Do you do that?

Yes, we have a great team of in house artists that are ready to design for you with your design ideas!

What if I want to get started with the artwork, but I am not ready to place my order?

We offer an deposit option exactly for you! We can get started with your standard artwork with a $50.00 deposit per order. Once you place your final screen printing or embroidery order, your deposited will be credit right back to your final invoice. The deposit is non-refundable so if you don’t order, you will not receive the deposit back. Rest assured, we will make changes until you are happy with your design!

What if my job is not considered standard artwork?

That’s okay, we can still handle complex orders! With over 25 years of experience in the t-shirt printing business, we can handle everything from simple one color t-shirt orders to complex highly detailed multi-color designs. We reserve the right to charge a $99.95 complex artwork fee. Contact us today to see if yours falls within our complex category.

Will you guys redraw my race car and create a design from that?

Absolutely! We have an amazing team of artist that are pros at taking your photographs and turning them into awesome race car shirts. Send us your cart and usually in about 2-3 business days. Due to the nature of creating custom car art designs, we charge an additional fee of $299.95. Trust us though, it will be worth it! Ask to see samples of our work.
