Custom Visors, Custom Embroidered Sun Visors

The standard embroidery on visors is about 1.5" tall. The visors have a smaller area than hats typically. Some visors allow for larger embroidery, some require smaller. Our team will make sure the embroidery on your visor fits and looks great.

We can sew hats and visors together, as long as the design is identical on all items. Typically hat embroidery is taller, so that is something to consider when shriking a design down to fit on both products.

While it is possible to do screen printing on visors, we do not recommend it. We recommend embroidered visors or if you have a detailed design, we can do a custom transfer.

While our no minimum printing method does not work on hats, including visors, we have just a low 6 piece minimum.

Nothing! If you are using your visor while playing outdoor sports, we recommend a moisture wicking visor. You will want to make sure to choose a polyester visor fabric.
