A 6-panel hat is a cap made up of 6 different pieces of fabric sewn together to create an entire hat. It can have different closures such as Velcro, Snapback, Tri-Glide and Fitted. It is the most popular, often preferred style of hat.
5-Panel caps do not have a seam down the front of them where as 6-panels do. 6-Panel caps are generally prefered as they do not have that point at the front top of the cap like a traditional trucker does. They tend to lay better on your head as well.
